セッション概要
アジア太平洋地域内の国々は、最近のESCAP国際委員会において、災害リスク低減とレジリエンスの強化に向けた統一性を強化するため、“Asia-Pacific Disaster Resilience Network (APDRN)”の設立について合意した。このネットワークの鍵となる柱の一つは、マルチ・ハザードの早期警報システム（アーリー・ウォーニング・システム）のための地域プラットフォームの導入である。ESCAP/WMO台風委員会や熱帯低気圧に関するWMO/ESCAP のパネルといった経験に学び、セッションでは、Asia-Pacific Disaster Resilience Network (APDRN)の一部として、地域的な早期警報システム（アーリー・ウォーニング・システム）の導入手順について議論する。
