It has become very difficult to make booking for accomdations in Sendai city during the WBF2023 period due to various earthquake and tsunami memorial events to be held in Miyagi Prefecture from Fri. March 10 - Sun. 12,
If you are unable to book accomdations in Sendai City, the secretariat recommends that you book accomdations in neighboring towns along the railroad lines. (ex. Ishinomaki, Higashimatsushima, Matsushima, Rifu, Shiogama, Tagajo, Natori etc.)
We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you, but please make your reservations as early as possible, including transportation to Sendai City, such as the Shinkansen bullet train.
