Application for Oral Session is closed..
Oral Sessions will be held in the venue for approximately 50 to 500 seats. The final program will be posted in February 2023. The composition of each session will be planned by the session organizer to fit within 90 minutes.
We invite oral session proposals from interested multi-stakeholders (research institutes, private companies, governmental bodies, international organizations, non-governmental organizations, etc.).
Organizations, private companies, local governments, research institutes, etc. wishing to host a oral session are requested to submit an application by the deadline after reading the prospectus and application guidelines for oral sessions. We look forward to receiving applications from many people from all over the world.
The organizing committee will inform the results of the selection in late December 2022. Due to the limited number of available time slots, please note that we may not accept all the proposals.

Application for Poster Session is closed..
We will call for poster presentations with regard to the theme, a total of 50 posters are considered to be presented in the poster venue. Awards will be given to the best poster session presenters in the closing session.
Organizations, private companies, local governments, research institutes, etc. wishing to present a poster are requested to submit an application by the deadline after reading the prospectus and application guidelines for poster sessions.
The organizing committee will inform the results of the selection in late January 2023. Due to the limited number of available time slots, please note that we may not accept all the proposals.

Application for Flash Talk Presentation is closed..
We will make a public venue for individual speakers who would like to share good practices and innovative ideas in disaster risk reduction. At the designated venue, the selected speakers will have a 15-minute Flash talk presentation.
Organizations, private companies, local governments, research institutes, etc. wishing to make a Flash talk presentation are requested to submit an application by the deadline after reading the prospectus and application guidelines for Flash talk presentations.
The organizing committee will inform the results of the selection in late January 2023. Due to the limited number of available time slots, please note that we may not accept all the proposals.

General Exhibition has been renamed World BOSAI EXPO exclusively for Non-Profit Organizations.
We will have World BOSAI EXPO booths for interested Non-Profit Organizations to introduce their activities. The contents must be along with the theme of the World BOSAI Forum 2023.
World BOSAI EXPO exclusively for Non-Profit Organizations is limited to non-profit purposes. If you are interested in commercial exhibitions, please check with the associated event, World BOSAI EXPO. (Non-Profit Organizations:national, municipal and similar public organizations, NPOs, public interest incorporated foundations, and public interest incorporated associations)
Organizations that wish to introduce their activities in general exhibition booths are requested to fill out the following Excel file and submit your application by sending it with an email to @ by the deadline.
