Preparation for the occurrence of a large-scale natural disaster
Tohoku Electric Power conducts drills for disaster response and take measures to prevent and reduce damage of facilities. Among them, we introduce the preparations for the occurrence of natural disasters in hydropower facilities from both software and hardware perspectives. Also, in cooperation with group companies, various kinds of drills are conducted, and response system are maintained and reinforced in case of emergency.

Contributing to local disaster prevention by utilizing electric power network assets
Three types of pole-mounted cameras to meets the needs of customers are introduced. Reduce the construction cost of dedicated poles for pole installation. A one-stop service including site surveys, procedures for pole use, electricity use, camera arrangements, installation work, and maintenance management will be provided. Please make use of them for disaster prevention, disaster mitigation, and crime prevention in your community.
