Overview
Women are positioned as a major actor who plays a role in reconstruction and urban development in the Sendai Framework for Disaster Risk Reduction 2015-2030. It is essential that women participate in all sorts of decision making in order to build back better. In this session we focus on women who fulfil their potential in various fields. Further, we clarify the leadership by women in normal time.
